Here's where you can organise ticket re-sales/exchanges/etc.
We've put this up as a convenience to players, but we don't police it. We'd suggest taking the usual precautions.
If you want to reassign your ticket, you just need your ticket code (looks like 'tabc123') and their email address. They'll get an automatic email from Fire Hazard with a new ticket, and you'll get one cancelling your old one. This will change the ticket code.
